Welcome to Villa 13. This Villa is beach front, and will accommodate 16 people comfortably. The views from the Master bedroom, living spaces, and roof balcony are breathtaking. The Master bedroom has one King bed.. The second bedroom has a 2 Queen beds. The third bedroom has a 1 King bed. Fourth bedroom has 2 Queen beds .Fifth Room as 2 Queen Beds (5th. Bedroom is located upstairs) . There are two Queen sleeper sofas available in the living room.
Villa 13 is generously sized to accommodate your family and guests. Our private roof top balcony overlooks the expanse of the gorgeous beach with no obstructive views. Imagine romantic sunsets from your patio deck. This villa is true beach front and you step on the beach from your patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and Granite counter tops.
Resort Amenities: Kids pool with water slides, Grande Jacuzzi, Exercise room, Wide Walkway to beach and Grande sea side Palapa with pavers, lighting, gas grill; Individual sea side Palapas, Rental Check-in Area in Lobby, Free Parking, 24 hour security, 2 Elevators, 2 New Swimming Pools with swim-up bar. Full Restaurant and Bar. We have 3 grills in common areas for the use of our guests. We also have 2 portable barbecues that can be rented for 3 hours for $30 USD. Some condos and villas already have a barbecue. In any of the cases, the front desk has the staff to carry out the installation of propane tanks, which has a cost of $15 USD. for 3 hours.
Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures, social distancies policy during check in and check out and general interaction with staff and community.

Our C Building is almost finished and receiving the final touches. It will be completed soon, giving you a peaceful and more quiet stay.
Our D Building has begun construction. We are excited for this next phase of expansion at Playa Azul!
