Welcome to C30601. This 2 bedroom 1 bath condominium can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Condo features sofa bed in living room, 2 Full size beds in the master bedroom, King size be in second room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and Granite counter tops.
Resort Amenities: Kids pool with water slides, Grande Jacuzzi, Exercise room, Wide Walkway to beach and Grande sea side Palapa with pavers, lighting, gas grill; Individual sea side Palapas, Rental Check-in Area in Lobby, Free Parking, 24 hour security, 2 Elevators, 2 New Swimming Pools with swim-up bar. Full Restaurant and Bar. We have 3 grills in common areas for the use of our guests. We also have 2 portable barbecues that can be rented for 3 hours for $30 USD. Some condos and villas already have a barbecue. In any of the cases, the front desk has the staff to carry out the installation of propane tanks, which has a cost of $15 USD. for 3 hours.
