The master bedroom has a king size bed and a king size shower with two rainfall shower heads. The view is floor to ceiling ocean and beach! The other master also has a king size bed with floor to ceiling ocean and beach views. The third bedroom features two queen size beds and ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has full size bunks with a twin trundle bed pull out and ensuite bathroom as well. Each bedroom has its own large flat screen TV.
The kitchen has the latest appliances and Italian marble countertops with a huge island with seating for 5. The stunning hand crafted Parota wood table seats 10. The living room is practically made of glass! Your views are incredible with two nine-foot sliding doors and one twelve-foot sliding door, they opens the room right up! Stream your favorite entertainment on the 70 inch flatscreen. You’ll also find a Queen size sofa sleeper that is actually a joy to sleep on!
Step outside and you’ll find an outdoor living paradise that you won’t find anywhere else in the building! Nearly 2100 square feet of outdoor living! A huge jacuzzi sits on the corner to watch the spectacular sunsets! All your party will fit in this massive hot tub. The deck features plenty of places to sit and take a load off, or just bath in the beauty. The view shed is incredible over 180 degrees! To the east sits the Mayan resort and estuary and the beautiful beach, south is beachfront ocean, west also beachfront ocean and where you’ll find the most spectacular sunsets, the stark mountains to the north are beautiful. The sounds of surf fill the air! There simply is no other view like this in the building. To round out the massive deck is a luxury outdoor kitchen from Blaze King. First a 36-inch stainless steel gridle so you can fire up the flattop! Make piles of pancakes and burgers galore! Two high-capacity side burners and a four burner Blaze King grill for steaks, seafood, and more! An outdoor sink and pass-through window into the kitchen round out the outdoor kitchen. Bring your own propane tank or rent one at the front desk.

We have 3 grills in common areas for the use of our guests. We also have 2 portable barbecues that can be rented for 3 hours for $30 USD. Some condos and villas already have a barbecue. In any of the cases, the front desk has the staff to carry out the installation of propane tanks, which has a cost of $15 USD. for 3 hours.
