Welcome to C30302, Studio type condominium with 1 bedroom, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. This condominium features a comfy King size bed, and 2-super cozy Queen Sofa beds. All beds have a premium memory foam mattress. The living room has a huge 18ft sliding door with access to an oversized wrap-around balcony with stunning views of the sea and the pools/slides below. The bedroom window has an amazing view of the Sea of Cortez. The bathroom has an oversize shower stall with an soothing rainfall shower-head and endless hot water. There also a hairdryer and Iron with Iron board for your convenience. We have 3 grills in common areas for the use of our guests. We also have 2 portable barbecues that can be rented for 3 hours for $30 USD. Some condos and villas already have a barbecue. In any of the cases, the front desk has the staff to carry out the installation of propane tanks, which has a cost of $15 USD. for 3 hours.
The galley kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped with all modern appliances and ample cupboards as seen on the pictures. In addition to dish-ware and cooking utensils, there is a full array of appliances, including a refrigerator, full-size range, microwave, dishwasher, and disposal. A toaster, blender, and coffee pot are also provided. (bring your own coffee and margarita mix!). Standard washer/dryer is available for your use.
You are only a few steps from the beach or pools where you can soak up the warm Mexican sun. We are sure you will love this delightful condominium and all the resort amenities, that will make your vacation a memorable one. The condo features free wi-fi internet(Passcode is: 003030200) and 2 big smart TV's where you can watch quality streaming video from Netflix movies and other programming.
