Welcome to C31102. This condo is on the 11th Floor and has great views with a large wrap-around patio and windows. This 2.5 bedroom, 2 bath condominium can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Condo features include a Queen sofa bed in living room, King size bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen and 1 Full size bed in 2nd bedroom, and a Twin Bunk bed in 3rd bedroom. The Master bedroom and living room have access to the balcony. A full size washer and dryer, modern appliances, and a fully-stocked kitchen with granite counter tops will make your stay comfortable.
Resort Amenities: Kids pool with water slides, Grande Jacuzzi, Exercise room, Wide Walkway to beach and Grande sea side Palapa with pavers, lighting, gas grill; Individual sea side Palapas, Rental Check-in Area in Lobby, Free Parking, 24 hour security, 2 Elevators, 2 New Swimming Pools with swim-up bar. Full Restaurant and Bar. We have 3 grills in common areas for the use of our guests. We also have 2 portable barbecues that can be rented for 3 hours for $30 USD. Some condos and villas already have a barbecue. In any of the cases, the front desk has the staff to carry out the installation of propane tanks, which has a cost of $15 USD. for 3 hours.

Our D Building has begun construction. We are excited for this next phase of expansion at Playa Azul!
