1bd and 2 half bedroom condominium can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. 1st bedroom with a queen bed, 2nd bedroom with twin bunk bed, 3rd bedroom with a single twin bed. There is also a queen sofa bed in living room area if needed. Kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all modern appliances, coffee maker, blender, waffle maker.
Unit is on second floor by stairway so no waiting on the elevator.
RESORT AMENITIES: Kids pool with water slides, Grande Jacuzzi, Exercise room, Wide Walkway to beach and Grande sea side Palapa with pavers, lighting, gas grill; Individual sea side Palapas, Rental Check-in Area in Lobby, Free Parking, 24 hour security., 2 Elevators, 2 New Swimming Pools with swim-up bar, Restaurant. We have 3 grills in common areas for the use of our guests. We also have 2 portable barbecues that can be rented for 3 hours for $30 USD. Some condos and villas already have a barbecue. In any of the cases, the front desk has the staff to carry out the installation of propane tanks, which has a cost of $15 USD. for 3 hours.
Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures, social distancing policy during check in and check out and general interaction with staff and community.
