Welcome to C30203. This Studio condominium can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Condo features sofa sleeper and King size bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and granite countertops. 50" TV and Blue Ray in living room. Washer and dryer available.
Resort: Grande Jacuzzi, Wide Walkway to beach and Grande sea side Palapa with pavers, lighting, water and gas grill (need to request); Individual sea side Palapas, Rental Check-in Area in Lobby, Parking, 24 hour security, Kids pool with water slides.
Resort Amenities: Kids pool with water slides, Grande Jacuzzi, Exercise room, Wide Walkway to beach and Grande sea side Palapa with pavers, lighting, gas grill; Individual sea side Palapas, Rental Check-in Area in Lobby, Free Parking, 24 hour security, 2 Elevators, 2 New Swimming Pools with swim-up bar. Full Restaurant and Bar. We have 3 grills in common areas for the use of our guests. We also have 2 portable barbecues that can be rented for 3 hours for $30 USD. Some condos and villas already have a barbecue. In any of the cases, the front desk has the staff to carry out the installation of propane tanks, which has a cost of $15 USD. for 3 hours.
Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures, social distancies policy during check in and check out and general interaction with staff and community.
